3D Image Visualization and Analysis Tutorial
Behind Perseverance Hall, Building 54, Room 130-B
A workshop at the 2015 ALS User Meeting, October 5-7, 2015
Organizer: Dula Parkinson, dyparkinson@lbl.gov
Through tomography as well as other methods, more and more users are generating 3D images. Creating stunning 3D visualizations, and extracting quantitative information from 3D images, can be time-consuming and challenging. This workshop will be a tutorial in this area, with particular emphasis during the the first day on tools developed by CAMERA (camera.lbl.gov), and during second day on using the Avizo software package.
